I never quite liked his fast-paced passive-aggressive style. I started to notice that the things he says to his co-hosts are not jokes, they're just disguised as jokes. He's an awful boss. He bullies his employees, not just off the air, but on the air too.
Not-gay Jared was clearly not a fan of his name on the show, and the way he's treated. He was clearly the main co-host, and then one day it's over, and on bad terms. He clearly got a severance package that says he can't talk, and that's why he hasn't said anything.
Sven didn't like the computer crap. I didn't like it either, it's not funny. Steven would harass him about not saying "beep beep" at the end of every sentence. Then one day he's gone.

I really dislike passive-aggressive bullies. It's become extremely common, maybe it's just the part of the country I'm in, but if you see something come out of nowhere like that soliloquy about taking things with grace, you learn to understand it is a passive-aggressive attack on someone without naming them. It's always deceptively framed in a one-sided manner, in this case that Sven was given a great opportunity to work unpaid, and it always puts all the blame on the unnamed person. It's extremely indirect in order that you can't respond to it without looking paranoid and defensive. It's a really disgusting pattern of behavior, and people who do it are sick.
