2. Smaller provincial operators, with niche markets in dairy products, like cheeses and yogurts and organic produce.

3. Commercial operators with large herds, high capital outlay and they supply the milk industry and the dairy by products industries, with powder producers such as whey, protein, milk powders, food additives, AND pet food / meat.

I wonder if Amr is prematurely settling on Romania and hasn't fully checked out his options. Maybe Amr got lucky and found Romania to be good enough to set up his new home. I still think he should look at Bulgaria and Belarus before making a final decision.
