I've got plenty of food and the essentials. I even have backups for the essentials. I've built my own emergency cooker and got into habits that if the SHTF I don't even have to adjust to as I do them daily? Like water? always keep a good supply in so if the mains goes off I have some stored, I do use and rotate it. Plenty of Rice, Pasta, canned foods and dried food's enough currently for a year or two? I don't even have to worry if the SHTF I'm living there already!
