Why uproot your life when you can drive trucks in the UK and see if you like it in the first place? As for Canada those Prarie winters in Canada's west can be pretty brutal. The average is minus ten to minus twenty degrees Celsius in January. Maybe visit first in the winter to see if you can tolerate it. As for coming to Canada the reason they are giving away citizenship so easily is because no one wants to live in Regina, Saskatchewan because of how cold it is and how boring it is. Most people that work there for a couple of years as a trucker eventually move to Toronto in Southern Ontario or Vancouver, BC. That's what happens all the time. So that's why are having trouble moving people into this country. Maybe you're trying to get away fomr England for a place with more opportunity? But there is no where in the west these days that you can escape to where you can make a lot of money without a cost of living eating most of that up. The inflation is in every western country now. And the cost of living is spiraling upwards.
