That is a direct tax on all securities trading. A mutual fund or derivative or some other financial instrument trades hands and the trade is taxed at 1%. There is a massive river of stolen wealth that flows through the Jewish global banking system. Wall Street and City of London especially!

So, there are millions of trades a second? GREAT. ***ONE PERCENT OFF THE FUCKING TOP EVERY FUCKING TIME!*** It's the kind of tax that CANNOT be passed down to We Teh Sheeple. The participants have to eat it and those are often the parasitic Top 1% that can be found in any country.

Want to improve the 3rd world? Make their own Top 1% pay! Make them adopt the same industrialism that built up the West. The 3rd World has huge resources, including labor, at their disposal. Put a hard cap on wealth accumulation. A 3000 sq ft house on 1 acre of land is enough for the best of them. Wealth that is created and monetized gets recycled back in the following order: 1st: business operations. Then employees, vendors, management, bond holders, and, last, the stock holders.

First, put hard and fast limitations on what Jews can do or where they can live. This will prevent Jewish mischief from sabotaging the noble work of forcing the 3rd World to pull itself up by its bootstraps. Such restrictions will make life so uncomfortable for Jews that many will leave on their own.

Second, kick out Christian missionaries and Christianity in general. Dr. Albert Schweitzer realized that such missionary work was a total waste of time and he represented healthy Christianity! Modern JEWdeo-Xtianity is full of Jewish poison and not good for anybody.

Third, teach them how to build a regimented industrial economy resembling the USSR in the early- to mid-20th century. Tariffs designed to protect domestic labor markets, full employment, smokestack industries, vertical integration, mining, foundries, mass production steel making, mechanized agriculture, commercial ventures that can scale up, and labor intensive manufacturing. If they're getting anything from China or ZOG-U.S, they will have to either make it themselves, trade with a peer country, or go without. Third World countries are poor because they're being forced to trade their natural resources for import goods and to service their debts to the Jew banksters. The masses become a burden instead of an asset in such a paradigm.

No loitering around as is often seen in the slums. Send around Work Police to round up idle people, take their cell phones away for the day, and put them to work doing something useful. Even if its just to take a pile of bent nails from demolitions and use a hammer to straighten them out. Or clean mortar off of bricks to make them reusable. Or work alongside a recycling conveyor belt and pick out metal to be sent back for reprocessing. Or be taught how to use a sandblaster and clean off graffiti. There is plenty of menial work to be done. Work them hard enough and they won't have the energy at the end of the day to get in trouble and make more mud babies.

I would have cited England and the U.S in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as models to industrialize the 3rd World. But, England and America had built-in demographic advantages and those cannot be applied to the 3rd World. The Soviet Union's rise to industrial power is closer to what would work in the 3rd World and some things can only be achieved by brute force.
