Originally FOUR x MP4 tracks.
Converted to 4 x raw audio tracks.
Audio levels standardised and equalised and boosted an average of 7.5 Db.
All files joined head to tale into one MP3 file.
A cover image was added, and it was exported to a high sound density MP4 video file and it was re-uploaded.
You can always rip it back into an MP3, for playing on all devices.
Enjoy and put to good use.
If you can't afford the original, consider making many small donations to Warren Farrell and other good causes, on a regular basis, over many years.
Make a Difference. Carry it forward.

Actually - in the days of old, when "formal recordings" were done on magnetic particle coated tapes, the input signal to the recording head - that produced the variable magnetic field, that magnetised the particles, bonded to the tape, could be varied.

If at the same microphone, ONE person stood a meter away from the microphone, and mumbled, the signal would have to be amplified so that the magnetic head, would produce a field strong enough, to lay down strong magnetisation, to the particles on the tape.

If however, the next person speaking, stood 5 cm away from the microphone, and kind of talked very loudly into the microphone - then the amplification level, would produce a signal so strong, at the recording head, that the field would over magnetise the particles, and the magnetic field would over write the magnetic field over the particles that had just been recorded - and the play back would sound "all muddy" and distorted.

This is called, going into magnetic saturation.

The modern digital equivalent is called "Clipping" - where the signal to the speaker, is a high powered straight DC pulse, instead of a highly variable sine wave. Clipping destroys speakers.

But a weak signal, limits how much it can be amplified, when being replayed through an audio system.

Think of the unaware and untrained person mumbling away to themselves, on stage, 1 meter away from the microphone.

So the idea of redoing the audio of this recording, is to get the same "volume" across all tracks, instead of track ONE, being at 60% and the other 3 being at 40%. Then amplifying them all from 60% - to an average peak volume of around 85%.

This gives a very good clear and strong audio signal, that can easily be heard with minimal amplification, and without clipping.

At 2.50, US Airforce investigation 500 odd alleged rapes, just before or just after a lie detector test 27% admitted it was a lie. Identifying 25 common traits to these cases they concluded 66% of the cases were false. Women made a false accusation of rape against men out of spite or malice or because for example, someone saw them having sex and they felt shame and worried about their career.
Good information.
