A trip to the Sharia courts, an hour or more with an Islamic counselor, and the divorce should be approved because she's not putting out. THAT THREAT will MOTIVATE a wife to be more amorous.

Women just don't get wet unless she both FEARS and ADMIRES her man. FEAR comes from what he has the right to do in the marriage. ADMIRATION comes from society; upholding the good husband who maintains his wife and family in good faith. And doing that is good enough for sexual reward when he wants it!
