When I reuploaded me Vs., Georgia Frew, I had to make the conversion settings on the video from the standard definition (as is) to higher resolutions.... You can do it in the upload process - and it got the video out of the 240p low resolution issue.
See if you can redo it at the HIGHER resolution settings in the upload.
It made a heap of difference.
