interesting, i do agree with most of what he said though...
considering in most states it is legal to marry at 16, they should be treated as adults really...
the laws in regards to age and consent are two-faced in that you can marry at a young age (usually without parental consent) but then if they have sex with anyone a couple years or older it is considered pedophilia whether it is consensual or not... also considering that you have to 18 - 20 respectively to drink and smoke...
so pick an age where they can properly be considered adults and stick with it across the board, first of all...
and yes the imprisonment system is all kinds of fucked up, specially these days with patriots/civilians/regular people who fallow the actual laws of the land are harassed and bullied, arrested and detained, and in too many cases shot, wrongfully persecuted, where everything is actually backwards (hmm, scriptures again) needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up...
