Talking about corrupt. I cant stop but laught every time I hear bs like 'Ukraine is so bad its so corrupt', and its not about Ukraine. Its about since then corruption is become a libertarian biggest problem? I live in corrupt country. During forced vaccination bs half of my family and relatives just bought vaccination papers for like 100$. I assume its not possible to USA. So do you really want to live in non-corrupt dictatorship?

That's very much true..... although it's generally not 'good', there are some real advantages to corruption or at least when it's possible for everyone instead of just the tyrants in power but not the regular people. Mexico is also as you describe. If you want something stamped or your name on a list, talk to the right guy & slip him a couple of bills np. In the U.S. I seriously doubt that that would be possible so you're spot-on.

Another issue is that he's basically banking on The US economy collapsing so he can make a bunch of money on his commodities. He wants gas to be $10 a gallon, he wants oil and energy to go through the roof, because at the end of the day, he'll benefit. It's disgusting.

everyone's a smartass after the fact. but nobody can predict the future. yes, TFM go in way too early but he is correct in his presumtions. price of natural gas at henry hub makes no sense. it is literally at the level as it was in the year 2000. even if nothing has changes in the energy markets in the past 20 years, the inflation alone should have pushed this way above $3. i have no way of knowing how the markets will look like tomorrow but oil is $90 with opec cutting constantly down production and biden releasing strategic reserves. this will culminate in explosion of prices sooner or later. it is inevitable.

@spectre: and oil and natgas rigs indeed are going down. and companies are shutting down production or going out of busines at these prices because they have debts ot pya but no market to sell(at these prices).

Even if the fundamentals are "sound" something can still come crashing down if it spiked in price. Now is the WORST time to sell. lol

The sad truth about commodities is that you have to "baby sit" and micro-manage them. They are highly speculative, risky, and subject to price volatility and swings. You have to constantly be on them to make ANY money, and TFM should have warned people about that.
