All true. That said, I'm a bit disappointed in the seemingly poor preparations done for this offensive. You'd think that Putin and his generals would have established better logitistical support. Did they think that the infantry would sustain itself on captured supplies as in olden times? I doubt they would be able to just pull into any gas station, fill up the T-72's with diesel, and grab a sandwich in the store! I am especially SHOCKED (no satire) that Russian troops are so ill-prepared from a political and propaganda standpoint. An Army cannot invade in ignorance of what they are fighting for or, fighting against. Captured Russian prisoners are telling that they were doing exercises and no clue that they were about to do an invasion; without warning. I seriously doubt the Russian conscripts have any clue about the criminal Jewish government in Kiev and the kind of threats they've made against Russia and fellow Russians in the Donbas region. The lack of political education is inexcusable. Compared to Soviet times, right here proves why the communist party imposed political education in the military. It may have been seen as stupid and a waste of time way back then but, now we're seeing the psychological weakness of troops who don't know why they are in Ukraine.
