@sbseed: i was actually referring to the old TFM podcasts, he used to have a host who parroted this saying.

@KEEPER: ah i see, well sort of... cannot stand TFM.

@KEEPER: also, reminds of some of the stuff from classic comedy stuff from the 80s and earlier, when comedy on tv was still actually funny.

@sbseed: just out of curiosity, what don't you like about TFM? just give me your most based response.

@KEEPER: there are several things, first is his voice which makes me want to deck him, then there is his attitude towards everything and everyone on his show its not obvious but he thinks he iis gods gift to correct information when half of what he says he pulls out of his ass (wonder if that is how he came up with his screen name), also seems (probably just me) that he superior to everyone.... mostly as if he is a greasy salesman. above all my instinct (if you can call it that) just feels off about the guy.

@KEEPER: basically just everything about him rubs me the wrong way... just one of those things there are always those people does not matter what/who they are in real life you just cannot stand.

I remember an old Kung Fu TV series where Kwai Chang Caine asked a master about trust and the old blind master told him he must "trust others, but expect the unexpected." I prefer the X-Files Fox Mulder's answer, "Trust no one." But then George Carlins line works too: “It's important in life if you don't give a shit. It can help you a lot.”
