Re prisons.
A government-issue rifle bullet costs about 50 cents and will guarantee that criminals will not reoffend.
I am not talking about the present system of 20 years of endless appeals and millions of dollars.
I am talking about the Chinese system. Drag the criminals from the court, put a bullet in their heads and send a bill to their relatives.
Recidivist criminals and other sociopaths are liabilities to society that have nothing of value. Through my work I have had a lot to do with such people.
