Also if you're played Fallout you should have the knowledge about what is called Speech. Or in this case a 'Speaker.' In Fallout Speech is used to manipulate NPCs to get them to go fight your battles for you. Or scam people for more reward money. Get something for free, etc. While in reality NPCs vote for Congress to exist for some ignorant reason. Low Intelligence builds vote and support Gov. Run by 'Speakers.' Con artists. They have no real skills like Repair or Survival/Outdoorsman. As a real man would. Video games are more based and educational than your school system that is run by 'Speakers.'
