I recall a news bit from a decade ago or so about the oldest woman in the USA dying at 130 years. I think she was in the Appalachian area. The article said for the last 40 years of her life she ate only 1 egg a day. That account has stuck in my head. If we're not doing manual work, or if we're hunkering down for heavy snow months, we actually do better by consuming way less. It only takes about 2 days to get used to a fasting run. If you have not dabbled in fasting, now would be a good time to explore the benefits of it.

What I'm worryed about is a full scale Nuclear War with Russia or China. If that happens, 6 billion people will die.
That 10 pound bag of rice will go bad long before you eat it up. Better to spend your food money on canned food that will last a few years.

Dude must have one hell of a wife to endure as they have. The kids will usually adjust, but it won't be easy.

FJB probably has no clue what's happening. The WH, under Obama probably knows what's happening.

I believe the US government is attacking us. Trying to keep many of us living in fear. JMO.
