any really good affordable pills+vitamins+medicine+multi vitamins as wellman is trash contains soy and holland and barrett have soy other junk trash added or too expensive and etc.

Thanks I'd appreciate any help, I'm not a circushead (watching football or TV talent shows) thats has only started to prep now I am trying to rebuild as much of my prepping as possible as I got delayed for months when my health got affected during last winter and I'm having to rebuild and relearn what I wanted to achieve back then and having to do it now with what time and energy I have now for what's coming down the road.

A silly question for you RPOS even if you have firearms to protect you and those that matter to you and if you use it in HMT to save yourself won't this corrupt GOV try to use that against you take your land+assets+and ways to defend yourself and more?

Do you defend yourself and not tell anyone or it will be HMT so defend yourself and carry on as no one will care as it will be everyone for themselves situation?

Health is wealth and being in best or better health to survive and outlast at least a decade of disease/synthetic diseases is a must at this point.

Last winter due to things out of my control effected my health and delayed me by 6 to 9 months and cos me time to learn essential skills to survive/thrive/farm and more however more than anything if I'm gonna go I will go as a Pureblood.

I will say this also learn essential medical and first aid skills to save your life and those that matter you,
Learn how to effectively STITCH wounds as it will come in handy down the road and speed recovery properly should the worst happen.

Idk what this winter do to my health however I have to do the best I can to buy more metals, grow food and much more rebuild all that I lost in the time that I lost.

Protests don't achieve anything just gassing each other with talk and no real substance and achievement
