Get your iconic Tu-95's loaded up with free fall bombs and destroy all those crossings! Send out some Su-25's to suppress SAM sites. Clear a path for the bombers and destroy all ground routes crossing the western Ukraine border. This is clearly a mission for the old style bombs which are abundant and cheap. Don't risk your high end stuff, like the Tu-22M and Tu-160.
Video of the iconic Tu-95's dropping hundreds of bombs and the resulting explosions blasting railroad tracks and bridges will make for epic propaganda on Russian TV. It will also show ZOG-NATO that Russia can do more than the retarded artillery-centric offensive strategy.
