Lotta dead air here, Chronic, some quiet background music would help a ton with that.

Re: housing
A summary of our society is the toilet paper shortage. A society where people care about each other wouldn't have done that. They'd have tried to make sure everyone had enough. Instead, our society is one where people buy giant packs of toilet paper and empty the shelves for weeks to come.
This is what boomers are doing with housing, like you describe, and worse. They NIMBY whenever someone tries to build more housing, which prevents housing from becoming more affordable.
Aaron Clarey talks more about how boomers, who refuse to retire from their high executive positions, form a parasitic upper class that prevents talented young men from progressing in their careers. Boomer bosses are why single men are expected to work overtime for free in salaried jobs, while married men are paid more than you to work fewer hours. They're why you can't get a raise or promotion without hopping jobs. They're why companies expect you to have a college degree when you don't need it for the job. Etc.
I can't imagine boomers being remembered as anything other than an extremely evil generation.
