Ukraine hits Russian city of Belgorod with ballistic missiles

Russia’s Defense Ministry has confirmed that Ukraine launched three Tochka-U ballistic missiles loaded with cluster munitions at the Russian city of Belgorod on Sunday, in what is thought to be the worst ever shelling of Russian territory by Ukraine.
