I actually have 2 EURO 5 motorcycles that won;t be effected by ULEZ anyways. BUT I refuse to go to LONDON anymore. My worry for the non compliant is when they leave the M25 to go away from London ULEZ will they get flashed at the top of the London side slip road even thought they are going round the roundabout WEST or SOUTH? Also if there is danger of accidents it will be ULEZ responsible as people wont maintain their vehicles for fear of going for a test after doing work and costing them £12.50 just to go round the block or off their drive way. I can actually see people NOT insuring taxing or MOT'ing car's anymore, and using fake number plates as well? If SADGIT^ Khan and the government who are letting him do this Criminal scam think people who wont pay are criminals then what a bunch of hypercrites that shouldn't even be give nt etime of day by the public.
