Unwarranted Stop 1/23/22

I didnt leave my house at all today, except at 9:30 to go get some Pasta for late dinner from Pizza hut from my work. The cop that threatened me when I wasn't in my vehicle but at home on 12/16/21 after I called 911 and arrested me wrongfully for DWI alcohol when I wasnt driving or operating a vehicle. He made this stop #1 fishing, hoping I would be breaking the law or #2 to show a peaceful interaction before court to raise his credibility on 12/16/21 since I dont have that night videotaped as I wasnt in my vehicle! Mind you this is the same so-called peace officer that made me do an eye-test at my house after I said to the other officers "are you guys hearing this and just not gonna do anything" in response to the guy's threats. He then says get the f*** up and made me do an eye test (which I know I passed) but then put me in handcuffs for a crime I didn't, hadn't, nor wasn't even about to committ! I wasn't even pulled over or operating a vehicle on 12/16! But I am here, and he doesn't question my insurance not being present or anything.
