Update On My NEW Fitness Program & Body Fat Loss Progression

So, for those who are interested in fitness, here is my updated version of this fitness program.

As you may know, I'm creating a new fitness program over these last weeks and I'm working hard to getting everything implemented. I'm tested several things and I'm working to improve this program as much as I can.

I think I'm close to what I would call an AMAZING fitness program. I'm very happy with the results and the work I'm putting on this stuff. I hope you guys like this as well.
