Uvalde bodycam footage shows more police inaction

New police bodycam footage from the Uvalde school shooting has shown the law enforcement’s lack of response to the massacre. <br> <br>At the door to the room where the gunman was located, police instead seem to dispassionately argue over who is in charge, and what equipment is needed (besides the guns and armor they already have).
