Vetting Wrongful Convictions: Perspective, Approach, and Strategy
This moderated panel discussion focused on how jurisdictions are addressing wrongful convictions. The invited panelists shared their respective approaches to addressing wrongful convictions and candidly discussed which strategies are working and which are falling short.
