I have put up a set of 8 videos on the scale of the known universe from the Khan Academy.
There are a LOT more of these videos at the site and the Youtube Channel.
I have only posted these 8 videos, because it's so mind blowing that it causes brain damage.
The very simple images and drawings and narration - gets information into your consciousness - that it just so enormous...
There is no way to deal with it.
Put simply - the scale of time, distance and amounts it is just too much to be aware of.
