Yeah.... But intelligent people - and trained people, LOOK at where the explosion was, and see what to do next. People running off in hysterics - in any direction... that is potentially just asking for trouble..

It's a bit like people who get the GREEN signal to cross the intersection, and they NEVER look left or right, before stepping off the curb. It's even more dangerous when they have their ears plugged in while on the phone etc.... Ever heard of brake failure, drunk drivers, speeding, under the influence of other drugs, etc., etc.... AND NONE out of millions of people every day, ever look around before they step off the kerb.
