If you live in a place where fresh vegetables and fruit is really hard to get hold of, then your dietary intake of Vitamin C might be inadequate - like 20 mg a day instead of 100 mg a day. Then a single, small low dose Vitamin C suppliment can be a good thing. However fucking with Human Growth Hormone - well it's a bit like people who think that by killing themselves, it will make their lives better. Being the height you are, that is plenty tall.... Maybe you ought to be solving the issue of why you have chosen to belive that your not good enough, and taking this drug will fix you, instead of taking the drug. More often than not it pays to be grateful and happy, for what you do have, than complaining about what you don't have.

@Kobe1i: I'm not sure, it's different for every guy, I remember when I was 19,I worked at JC Penny's and I started buying suits because I got then at a good price, after I quit there I got another job at a furniture store moving furniture around and my chest and shoulders exploded and I ended up having to give all my suits away (4 suits and 2 sport jackets to be exact) as for advice on dieting, it's funny that you ask, I've recently lost 157 pounds and I'm the worst person in the world to ask! I went about it in the worst possible way, I just cut WAY back on what I ate and got virtually no exercise, and I'm paying for it now that I'm trying to get some exercise and finding out just how out of shape I really am!

@Kobe1i: When you turn 18 get your Testosterone levels checked, I GUARANTEE their much lower than that of 18 year olds 30 or 40 years ago, hell, their probably lower than when I was 18 27 years ago! I've been on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) for over a year now and I can tell you that I feel quite a bit better then when I started!

I didn't ask. I don't know if that stuff is real or worth it. TRT I take when I'm low on my US supply. That's about $10 USD per shot.

It's a fair question, but given the location and types of business's that chemists are, they are generally easy enough to find and phone and do the pricing there of. But it's like I said to this other guy, unless you have a genuine medical reason, and it's prescribed in dosage and duration, don't fuck with it.
