I take Vitamin D3 everyday and have not had a cold or flu in years. I also take Vit C, E, B, Iron Tablet and Omega 3 fish oil tablet. Due to my age I also get a FREE Flu Jab every year and a one off Pneumonia jab this year. I am so glad I'm in my later years or coming up to it. I WILL die in my own bed from old age. It's the young and especially the Children I fear for. Peace.
