i thought about it but didnt want to record it again, The program i use doesnt like long files so just went for it anyway. I got some personal shit at the mo so im not really in a possession to get a better mic. I might not have a place to keep it soon if the worst happens.

@AmanleyLoad: well shit. get yourself an mp3 recorder and then record what you have to say and mend the voice files with the video. maybe that's too much work for you, but without a cell phone i guess i could understand.

@AmanleyLoad: do you have the same issue with the cell phone when airplane mode is enabled? because all i'm trying to suggest is to use the phone to record your voice then use the phone to move the files to your computer with a USB cord then mix the files within an video then publish.

@Sentient_Of_Truth: yes mine still did and it wasnt even a smart phone. the only thing that helped was when the battery ran out and i noticed i hadnt had headaches for a while. Then every time i am by someone on the phone longer thean 5 mins i start getting headaches, times straight away
