‘We never refused engaging in peace talks but West and Kiev had no interest in continuing’ - Maria Zakharova

Responding to RT reporter’s question, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova commented on Russia’s stand on peace talks with Ukraine.
