Mr Putin, you should rephrase that. Isolation is not bad IF it is on Russia's terms. It means true strength and self-sufficiency. Cooperation must be done from a position of not needing to do so but, because both parties will benefit from it.
Declare that Russia will regain its industrial self-sufficiency and that includes vertical integration of the Russian economy to the greatest extent possible. Once Russian self-sufficiency is restored, THEN Russia will reach out and cooperate as an equal to the rest of the world.
