The film Demolition Man also predicted this Orwellian future. New Zealand has effectively banned smoking and they want us to eat crickets instead of meat. This seemed unthinkable when I was growing up.

The Film Demolition Man --- I have seen it... Can't recall it... at the moment. "Evil Battle Fairy in my heart, Was it you who doth fart, When my mind it does go, Will you float away, too and fro.?" https://playinginpuddles.com.a....u/wp-content/uploads

Behind bars is where they wanted the "citizens" all along, with contentment. This is why it's important to not follow rules and try to "fit in" with the tapestry of subhumanity.

Also where were all the immigrants? Surely they wouldn't put up with all those rules for too long before commencing a mass chimp out?

Immigrants are the key to leading a fiery, but mostly peaceful, dismantling of soyciety.

Somehow I get the feeling that this is more based upon fact and observation, than speculation.
