I liked this. I'd be up for hearing more of today's issues through the lens of news 100 years ago or so.
It's both hilarious and sobering to hear the stories of our based ancestors, and at how "the more things change the more they stay the same".

yes, this goes way back through our entire history. romans, greeks, sumers...even the bible. men always knew this. they talked about this. they wrote about this. they warned about this. but modern society got brainwashed by movies and novels to think otherwise. we only look at post WW2 era and that's all we "know". utterly skewed idea of the world and our history. the good thing about it is that once you learn it, you feel much better by going your own way and not engaging with these evil creatures.
