100 serves / 25 for 4 serves

7.2 lbs = 3.27 Kg Dried (salted) or 13.2 Kg Raw Beef
1 Lb = 0.45 Kg Fat
1.25 Lb = 0.57 Kg Flour (or wheat gluten (protien) for the diabetics)
12 x 14.5 Oz = ~5 Kg Evaporated Milk
1.5 US Gal(3.75 L) = 5.7 L Water
0.25 Oz = 7 g Pepper (or to taste)

If you can't get "dried and salted" beef - raw beef is around 75% water, less so for good healthy fatty cuts of meat (Yum Yum) so you can reduce the water needed for 100 serves, by around 4.4 L when using most raw meats.

For 4 portions (on 8 bits of toast)

0.350 Kg Raw Beef
0.120 Kg Fat
0.110 Kg Flour (or wheat gluten (protien) for the diabetics)
0.100 Kg Evaporated Milk
1.2 L Water (dried beef) 0.300 L Raw Beef.
~1 - 2 g Pepper (or to taste)
