What Happens When You Lose All Motivation?

Motivation is something that comes and go. Sometimes you feel motivated, while, at other times, you feel like shit and you don't want to do anything. You just want to lay down in your bed, doing nothing, or even playing videogames.

As you probably know, I'm in a process where I'm working almost full time. I spend most of my time working on new stuff such as new courses, new book and even trying to achieve my fitness goals.

However, I'm totally unmotivated. I've lost all my motivation. I'm tired, I'm stressed and I feel like I can't go on. So, what am I doing? What is my strategy when I lose all my motivation? What could you do when you lose all your motivation?
