Sorry. You attacked the doughnut: I had to respond... well, I need that late day boost to stay awake!? Now, the message: Both Plato and Socrates argued against Democracy because citizens become Democratic drones too eager to "experience everything" than to do their jobs, sounds like today?! So, yes, I agree with that. We need to prioritize our lives to get the maximum out of it. I met philosopher teachers at university who pulled this off: balance job with exercise, martiage, kids, etc. I myself am trying to create a flexible routine of working, cooking fresher and healthier meals for a day or three ahead, working out, and well my day job though I work nights and sleep and video content and teaching lesson aids. I am getting better. I guess you could say Biden's inflation forced it onto me more readily! Thanks Brandon!

Oh, dammit. You had to attack the doughnut! And next the candy bar! LOL! Hey man, I just acquired some "healthy" sugary free doughnut recipes.... I just need to figure out how to make them faster! I mean I gave up frozen waffles for fresher home made waffles some the same size from my Dash waffle maker, but I got tired of cleaning it!? And I am kind of backing off syrups! I did not realize that most are high fructose corn syrup!? I did buy some maple syrup, haven't tried it yet. But, fresh made waffles with peanut butter and honey... with some eggs and sausage!
