I’ve worked in a department that was headed by an all female supervisory staff, and I can tell you firsthand that their expectations are unrealistic, they are easily distracted by trivialities and almost never met their goals. On top of this, they have an axe to grind for their male subordinates and usually overburden them with work that their all female staff cannot handle. I would say that if you found that your immediate supervisor is a female, just find another job. They really have enough things to hide behind to make your work day that much worse, and it is a part time job simply to prove what you are saying is true, only to have the company take her side anyway.
