This is a glass dome, with a high vacuum inside it.
That is ~ 14.8 PSI. (pounds per square inch)
The water pressure outside the Titan, was around 6000 PSI.

pretty close, that would be what would happen if the sub or diving bell/etc. where made of glass or plastic...
as for metal and similar products you can see it for yourself if you take an empty soda can (or equivalent) and heat it up with a little bit of water inside and shove it in the freezer or heat up the water put the can in the freezer then take it out and put a little of the super hot water in it.
(do not remember the exact steps sue me lol)

Yeah I have done all of the water in a tin with a lid, and then add water, boil it fiercely and them tun off the heat as you slam the lid shut and turn the cold water onto it.. So it leads to a fairly intense partial vacuum... and >>>pop<<< in crushes the tin... I am not sure of the exact depth etc., but the atmospher exerts around a 14 + PSI pressure on the outside of the tin, causing it to crush.... the submarine at the depth of 3Km ?????? had something like 6000 PSI on it. That is like a bomb going off - around it. "POW!" instant crush to wet dust and bits...
