This is an excellent vid. It reminds me of a vid I saw of an instance I think in the 70s at a University in America. There was a social problem that worked up to a large stand off between two groups. After a week or so one of the professors, an Asian man, brought out a megaphone or loudspeaker & took control of the situation, from what the docu said, preventing calamity. Does anyone here recognize what this event was?
