Because they are EVIL DEMON JEWS and that is just what Jews do. They are mass murderers and they must shed blood to appease the real god of their race. Satan.
It's also a damning indictment on the Muslim countries that aren't constantly hammering away at Israel. Only Hezbollah is doing anything at all and they're not doing much for all the noise they make. The Arabs did a lame job in 1967 and 1973 because they thought it would be an easy war. They weren't psychologically ready to enter into a long drawn out war. Furthermore, the organizational culture of Arab armies is pretty bad. Organizational culture is even more important than having the latest weapons. The Arabs had good Soviet weapons but, the command and control structures were hopelessly incompetent.
