I've noticed that, as well. I see many women using this Ebonics tribe-speak when talking. Using words like bruh and calling people "bud". I get put off when people call me things like that: bud, boss-man, chief. It sounds so inauthentic and phony. I'm not demanding deep conversation or anything but call me by my name, for fucks sake.
