Easy. The borrower is servant to the lender. Especially as the (((LENDER))) has the power to ruin your life via the debt he has trapped you in.
The countries that don't like ZOG-U.S. dictating to them should renounce their debt, take the hit, and establish trade with countries like Russia. If nothing else, set up a Common Market and learn to create your own industry in a collaborative venture. The West did it from scratch over a century ago so, the 3rd World has no excuse.
