Why The Hype-Train Fails?

The conventional rhythm and practice of announcing games far in advance has led to no small number of disasters, including Fall Out 76 and Mass Effect: Andromeda, among others. The development and release schedule of future games, above all AAA might be dramatically different due to these experiences.
