This is indeed an old story. But it does prove an important point : women live with their emotional brains. It can be faked for a short while, but the craving for emotional experiences will always rise to the surface over time. And if those experiences do not present themselves, women create them (drama). Following the mantra no feelings = no life.
Add to that the monthly hormones, and you have a customary warzone.
There are exceptions, but in general my impression is that most women are simply unsuitable to be in the workforce because of all this.
