It's good to hear a bit of compassion raised in awareness and sent his way.
Basically the way I saw it, he is in way over his head with that woman, and she is not a good woman, and he is so highly strung, to have gone and slapped that guy and to be sitting in the audience yelling at him like that - as my old Sponsor Jackie C. used to say, "He is off his fucking head".

Unnecessarily long preamble aside, I've been thinking the same thing. It was one of my first comments, not the suicide issue, but that he's disintegrating in front of us, that he needs help. This is what a deeply insecure, broken down man looks like, but I doubt his ego would permit him to self-harm in any outright way. Will Smith admitted he was insecure a while back, that he wanted to be so successful that no woman would want to cheat on him, he has no knowledge of female nature and married a queen bee personality, inviting disaster into his home. The man never really seemed to rope in his kids, so in the family he appears, at all times to be the weakest member. just look at how they responded to him when they talked on her show together; no respect at all, he was more like a kid they were annoyed with getting his turn to speak up.
