He's not lying. He's also forgetting that Black men also willingly loaded up Black men on boats to be slaves.
Also, If Africa needed slaves to build a country they would have happily bought White people to do the work in the 1700's. It was a completely different mindset back then. Slaves get shit done you need to get done regardless of color or race.
