Air / Fuel explosions inside buildings are a great way to pulverise the building...
You might only get say 2 or 3 PSI (pounds per square inch) of internal pressure against ALL of the internal walls and ceiling, but a SINGLE room (garage) say 20 feet by 20 feet with a 10 foot ceiling = (20 x 12") x (10 x 12") x 4 (walls) + (20 x 12") x (20 x 12") (ceiling) = has total of about 260,000 pounds of internal pressure over all of the internal surface area....
Or a portion of the wall say 10' x 10' = 120" x 120" = 14,400 square inches x 3 Pounds of pressure to the square inch = 43,200 pounds of combined pressure against that whole area.
I mean I'd like to demolish buildings by this method for a legal living.... because it's so fucking easy and fast - and it just breaks the building into scrap - and all you need is a front end loader, and a tip truck and no neighbours.
But in the cases of shitty divorce settlements where the scumbag ex takes everything and the man gets ripped off and shafted - I would not recommend doing it - but I understand the issue of making a point. "OK - this pile of rubble - it's all yours".
