Also notice from the video that he changes lanes and pulls up to the light. She said in the video that he "pulled in front of her " . She was not even in frame when he pulled up to the light. So i think this means that she looked ahead and the lane was clear. Then she started texting . The Lamborghini driver changed lanes while her eyes were off the road. She misjudged the stop light because there was a car there now. The Lamborghini driver did nothing wrong and broke no laws. Texting while driving is however illegal in all 50 states. So blame it all on the guy you hit from behind to cover up your illegal texting while driving. In every state if you hit someone from behind it is almost always YOUR fault .
