Women Getting HUMBLED

Well, a lot of gyms in the US stop allowing cameras and set ups in the gym. I usually go at off times or when it's less crowded, buy admittedly, I do not go enough.

WTF is a 125-135 lib woman doing with 80-90 lb dumbells anyway a set of 5 bouncy shrugs; heavy singles are for competition or twice a year PR tests. They aren't for hypertrophy and sets of 3-5 for powerlifting. Gym etiquette would say stepping in front of someone without excusing yourself is rude but expecting someone else to do any upright row with a bar with 4 plates/side on it is not only rude but insane. Getting into the rack and just standing up with 495 on the bar feels like the devil is biting your a$$. What are these idiots thinking, do they want to become parapalygics? This crap is why I workout at home.

If I were at a gym, and some female who wasn't using the machines, sat and stared at me, I'd feel abused, used, and that would make me angry. I'd report her to the management and have her thrown out. What's good for the gander is good for the goose!
