Why would or rather should we reduce it to a day... Let's give them a Week without Women.... uhm we'll call it National Period Appreciation Week.... then later one, say New Year's Eve/Day we do a (National) Unmarried Men's Week (coordinated) where we leave the city, state, or country for a week "vacation." "Oh man, can you believe it, I forgot a charger... and I forget to charge my phone before I left... I did use the chargers at the airport, but I wasn't at the airport the whole time?!"
